Teriyaki Madness Opens New Solano County Location
The first five people to order receive free teriyaki bowls for an entire year, and the next 20 people receive free bowls for a month.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Teriyaki Madness, a Denver, Colorado-based, fresh Asian grill, is opening a new location in Fairfield.
Restaurateur Jaspreet Singh is opening the city’s first Teriyaki Madness on Jan. 31, located at 251 Pittman Road, Suite B in Fairfield. Singh said he’s very excited about opening the restaurant concept, which boasts big, bowls full of flavor, made from high-quality ingredients.
When Teriyaki Madness opens its doors to the public for the first time at 10:30 am on Jan. 31, the first five people to order receive free teriyaki bowls for an entire year, and the next 20 people to order receive free bowls for a month. Other prizes and coupons will be given out throughout the day.
The 1,327-square-foot restaurant will seat 34 people and create 15 jobs for the community. It’ll be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
Teriyaki Madness is known for big, bold bowls of rice or noodles topped with fresh-cut vegetables, all natural, fresh chicken, beef or tofu and flavorful sauces made in-house daily. They’re customizable and made to order.
Singh, a veteran of the food industry, worked at Popeye’s Chicken for four and a half years, then worked eight years in the food and nutrition departments at Kaiser Permanente before joining the Teriyaki Madness family. He earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering at Sacramento before going back for his MBA at Brandman University in Walnut Creek shortly thereafter. His wife, Mona, is also expected to help operate the new Fairfield location.
“With a neighborhood feel and fresh, quality ingredients, our food is a welcome change to franchised pizza, burgers or sub sandwiches,” Singh said. “We serve large, customizable bowls and plates that make customers feel great and fully satisfied. We are excited to be a part of this wonderful community in Fairfield.”
