My name is Frank Giuliano and I’ve always had a vision of owning a restaurant again. After running a thriving restaurant in Illinois, moving to Florida, and retiring as the Deputy Fire Chief in Bonita Springs, my dream of opening a restaurant in my children’s hometown of Cape Coral has finally come to fruition. By my side is my longtime friend Doug Schmidt, who is familiar with running crews of employees as a contractor and shares the same work ethic… and love of teriyaki! My wife, daughter, and son also have a part in ensuring the success of our Teriyaki Madness and in fulfilling the demand for teriyaki in the Cape Coral community. Together me, Doug, and my family found an opportunity that offered a healthy and delicious food alternative. Healthy Asian food, full of flavor, freshly prepared, and hot off the wok! It’s exactly what Cape Coral needs!
