Welcome to the Madness! We are pleased to present the BEST Teriyaki shop in the world (according to us and everyone we know). We are located at 304 N Kentucky Ave STE 1110 in Lakeland FL. We are in the NOBAY building, South of The Purple Onion, adjacent to the Scream’n Tuna and North of Munn Park. We have a beautiful patio area, as well as great A/C inside, for you relax as you enjoy the bowl of Teriyaki Awesomeness you have chosen from our customizable menu.

ABOUT US

Ryan and Becky Richmond fell in love with the city of Lakeland after being transferred here by Becky’s employer. They both loved the small town community feel that reminded them of their home towns in IL and SD. Ryan retired from the Coast Guard after 22 yrs and was working for Polk County and Becky was working as a liaison for a transportation company, when they decided it was time to open a business. After searching for just the right thing, they discovered Teriyaki Madness. One bite and they were hooked!

They enjoy renovating the wonderful house they found in Lakeland, playing with their cats and watching the weather channel to see all the midwestern snow they no longer have to shovel! But most of all, they love providing delicious healthy food, at a great price, in a wonderful atmosphere to all their guests.
