About Us

Hello from Robert and Maribel Gonzalez, your new proud owners of this 10th Teriyaki Madness in the Las Vegas Valley. We are representing Teriyaki Madness in the Spring Valley section of Vegas and are dedicated to keeping up the great qualities that have been served for the past decade. We’ve both been in Vegas for 20 years, Maribel working in the Casino business, and for the most part of my 20 years I’ve been in the golf industry – and am now a full time wok specialist! We have three children: Louis is oldest at 26, Brandon our middle son at 17 is a wok semi-specialist and our little one Gabriella. They all inspire us each and everyday on doing our best as parents and now as new business owners! As the Las Vegas Valley knows, when they see our Teriyaki Madness logo, it means the MADNESS IS ON – FRESH AND READY TO BE SERVED!!!!!! We prepare each and every meal for your liking and we look forward to your visit.

Remember that you only live once, so lick the bowl!!!

Have the bowls to be your own boss!

The TMAD model keeps people coming back for those big bowls of deliciousness. So, are you ready to join the new wave of quick service stores and work for yourself? We thought so.
