KEEPING OUR EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS SAFE

At Teriyaki Madness, we have always taken teriyaki very seriously, but we don’t take ourselves seriously. We have fun. We’re a little edgy and a little irreverent because we believe that life should be fun (and food should be delicious).

We want you to know that we’re also taking today’s world challenges very seriously. Here’s what we’re doing to continue to keep our restaurants clean and help keep our employees and customers safe:

Sauce Bottles

We know our house-made teriyaki sauce is addicting (sorry. not sorry). We have removed all bottles from the tables, including our teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and siracha. We have individual packets of soy sauce and siracha and are portioning the teriyaki sauce in individual containers to avoid multiple hands touching the bottles. Just ask for some at the counter.

Sanitizing, following CDC advice and everything else

We are being diligent in our sanitizing and cleaning procedures on all surfaces, tables and equipment (Our sanitizers are the right ones to protect from spreading Coronavirus.) We are following health department, CDC and restaurant industry best practices to ensure a healthy environment for ordering and dining where available. We are also following all local rules on slowly reopening our dining rooms (EX: limiting the number of people inside our shop, proper 6’ spacing on the floor so customers know where to stand in line or wait for order, and minimizing number of tables in the dining room.)

CURBSIDE, TAKEOUT & DELIVERY

All of our shops offer delivery when you order through our app! And, in most locations, we’ve also added Curbside pickup – so customers don’t even have to leave their car! This is not only really convenient, but another way to reduce interaction, which will help us flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19!

All guests and staff with symptoms such as fever, coughing or difficulty breathing are being asked to remain home and report symptoms to their health care provider.
