1. Team members should offer customers at least one of the following:

• Would you like to make it a meal by adding a drink and either an eggroll, edamame, chocolate cookie, or marshmallow bar?

• What would you like to drink? Would you like to make it a meal by adding an eggroll, edamame, chocolate cookie, or marshmallow bar?

• If yes, be sure to ask if they would like to make it a regular or large combo

2. As you ask the question, smile, make eye contact and nod your head “yes” (Jedi mind trick…it works)

Pro Tip:

• Large combos earn more points for the incentive contest than regular combos.

• Winners announced every two weeks through 7/2/2024!
• TMAD will evaluate the number of combos sold against total entrées sold to calculate the percentage of combos sold.
• The top three shops with the greatest percentage of combos sold for that two-week period win $300, $200, and $100.
• Each round will “reset,” so that there is an even playing field and all teams have opportunity to win every two weeks!
• Large-size combos count more than regular-size combos!
• Winning shops should meet as a team to determine how they want to use their winnings (split the cash, hold a team party, host a team event, etc.)
• The top three shops with the largest percent of combos sold per bowls sold for the quarter also get a super awesome, super exclusive, custom TMAD swag item!
