CASHIER TIPS & TRICKS

To help upselling eggrolls, Cashiers should

Ask each guest at checkout if they would like to add an eggroll or make it a meal with a drink.
While asking the question, smile, make eye contact and nod “yes” (Jedi mind trick…it works)

If yes, be sure to ask if they would like to make it a regular or large combo.

Contest Information/Procedures

Every two weeks, TMAD will pull a report of the largest percentage of eggrolls sold per ticket.
The top three shops with largest percentage of eggrolls sold per ticket for that two-week period win $300, $200, and $100.
Each round will “reset,” so that there is an even playing field and all teams could win every two weeks!
Winners will be announced every two weeks though 10/7/25 and announced in the Friday Memo.
Winning shops should meet as a team to determine how they want to use their winnings (split the cash, hold a team party, host a team event, etc.)
