How does Mad Dash work?
When you place your Mad Dash (curbside) order, our technology tracks your progress to the shop. We receive a notification when you are a few minutes away and again once you have arrived.
What if I do not share my location?
If you choose not to share your location, you can still use our curbside service. However, we won’t know when you arrive, so you’ll need to park and tap the “I’m here” button in the app.
What do I do if they do not meet me at the curb or bring my food out?
We’re sorry if that happened! Please click on the “I’m Here” button in the app or shown on your order confirmation email. And, to help us improve our training, you could then let us know at comments@teriyakimadness.com.
The Mad Dash Monday code is not working! What do I do?
This offer is strictly for Mad Dash (curbside) pickup. Please ensure you are placing a Mad Dash order and not a pickup order. And, we know life is crazy sometimes, but you’ll also need to ensure you’re placing the order on a Monday.
Where should I park?
With Mad Dash, you don’t need to park! Simply pull up to the curb, and we should be there waiting for you. If we’re not there immediately, please wait a minute and your food will be right out.
