Teriyaki Madness bringing new location to Shops at Rock Creek
Teriyaki Madness is coming soon to the Shops at Rock Creek, 14123 Grant Road, Cypress. The Colorado-based franchise is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The fast-casual eatery is known for its made-to-order Japanese-style teriyaki bowls. This location will primarily focus on takeout business but will have limited dine-in seating, officials said in a news release.
“We looked at the competition and noticed there weren’t many Asian options in the submarket. That was a consideration we took to heart,” NewQuest Properties Vice President Brett Strake said in a statement.
Teriyaki Madness has more than 150 locations, according to a news release from NewQuest Properties, which owns the Shops at Rock Creek development.
