TERIYAKI MADNESS COMING

Teriyaki Madness is coming to Cape Coral.

The chain, founded in Las Vegas in 2003, is known for its noodle, rice and vegetable bowls topped with chicken, beef or tofu. Preparations include katsu, teriyaki and a sweet orange sauce.

The fast-casual restaurant’s menu also includes appetizers (egg rolls, pot stickers, crab rangoon) and sides such as Hawaiian-style macaroni salad and fried rice.

The store, at 2209 Santa Barbara Blvd., will be the fifth in Florida for Teriyaki Madness. It’s scheduled to open in late May. Find the Cape location on Facebook at facebook.com/tmad061 or visit teriyakimadness.com for more.
