Teriyaki Madness is expected to open on April 22 at 8448 Parkwood Blvd., Ste. 300, Plano. The restaurant will serve a variety of bowls and plates, including spicy chicken and tofu teriyaki.

Welcome to TMAD Michael Fleck and Jared Shanks! Richmond Bizsense reports that restaurant chain Teriyaki Madness is expected to open a location at Winterfield Crossing in October. The new-to-market concept is franchised by Mike Fleck, owner of River City Diner, and his son-in-law Jared Shanks.
Teriyaki Madness is coming soon to the Shops at Rock Creek, 14123 Grant Road, Cypress. The Colorado-based franchise is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Teriyaki Madness, an Asian fast-casual restaurant chain based in Denver, surpassed the 100-unit mark in 2021, ending the year with 101 locations — a 14.8% increase from 88 in 2020 — and a goal to open many more.
