Encourage customers to leave a review by scanning the QR code on the counter card!

CASHIER TIPS & TRICKS

To encourage customer reviews, Cashiers should:

Ask each guest politely at checkout for feedback:
- “We’d love to hear about your experience today. Would you mind leaving us a review?”
- If the guests say “Sure!” point them to the QR code where they can leave a review.
- Be knowledgeable about the importance of reviews and how to ask them politely. Cashiers should be friendly, approachable, and genuine in their request.

CONTEST INFORMATION AND PROCEEDURES

Every two weeks, TMAD will pull a report of of new customer reviews per shop.
The three shops with the with the greatest number of customer reviews every two weeks will win $300, $200, and $100.
Each round will “reset”, so that there is an even playing field and teams have the opportunity to win every two weeks!
Winners will be announced in WTF Friday Memos.
Winning shops should meet as a team to determine how they want to use their winnings (split the cash, hold a team party, host a team event, etc.).
The top three shops with the most new customer reviews at the end of the quarter win an additional prize: a custom TMAD-branded item for the entire team!
