Do you have gluten free menu options?

Yes! Many of our menu items can be made gluten free. Most of our sauces are gluten free, but availability may vary by location, so check with your local shop before ordering. Learn more about what items are gluten free here.

Where can I see what foods have nuts or dairy?

You can find detailed ingredient and allergen information here. For additional questions about menu items or preparation, please contact your local shop.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan options on your menu? 

Yes! We offer vegetarian options like tofu and veggies, and some items can be made vegan upon request. 

Does Teriyaki Madness have a nutritional calculator? 

Yes! You can use our online nutritional calculator to build your bowl and see calories, ingredients, and more. 

What is Mad Sauce? 

Mad Sauce is our signature sauce made with a secret blend of red peppers and spices. It’s a sauce that’s deceivingly sweet then turns up the crazy with some lingering heat.  

DELIVERY

Where can I order Teriyaki Madness delivery?

You can order delivery directly through our website or app, or through third-party services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and more. BUT we love when you order directly from us AND you can earn and redeem points for your orders that you can’t get by ordering from third-party services.

What is Mad Dash Curbside?

When you order Mad Dash curbside through our app, we can track your arrival through GPS tracking. This tells our shop exactly when you’re on your way and when you’re arriving. Our goal is to meet you on the curb before you ever have to park!

Do you deliver for large and group orders?

Ordering for a group? Use the Group Order feature (online only) and send a link to the people who will be joining you. With the link, each person can add their own individual bowls and have it all on the same order

Feeding an even bigger crew? Consider ordering TMAD catering. Check out the Teriyaki Bar from our catering menu. That can be an even easier option for bigger groups.

Who do I contact if I have problems with my delivery order?

If you ordered through our app or website, please contact the shop directly. If you ordered through a third-party service like DoorDash or Uber Eats, you’ll need to contact them for support.

GIFT CARDS

Can I order gift cards online or send them to someone? 

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards online and send them directly to someone via email or order physical gift cards and they will be mailed the old-fashioned way. 

Can I use Teriyaki Madness gift cards online or in the App? 

Yep—your gift card works online, in the app, and in-store. Just enter it at PAYMENT when you check out or provide it in-shop. 

If you are logged into the app or online with your Mad Rewards account, your gift card will automatically be stored, so you don’t have to enter it again later. 

Are gift cards refundable? 

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law). 

How do I check my gift card balance? 

Wondering how much teriyaki is left on that card? Hit this link, enter your details, and check your balance in seconds. 

Or if you are logged in to your Mad Rewards account on the app or online, you can see your balance there too.  

CATERING

What size of events can you cater for?

We cater for groups of all sizes—from about 10 people up to as many as you need to feed!

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your catering order as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. At a minimum, we require 3 hours’ notice. Timing may vary by location, so please check with your local shop.

Can I choose the time for pickup?

Yes! You can select your preferred pickup time when placing your catering order.

Can I earn Teriyaki Madness Rewards points on catering orders?

Big orders, big rewards. Earn 1 point per dollar on catering when you order with your Mad Rewards account.

Who should I contact if I still have questions?

Your best bet is to contact your local Teriyaki Madness directly — they’re the pros. They can walk you through the menu, ordering details, and any setup or delivery questions.

Do all Teriyaki Madness locations accept catering?

The majority of locations do offer catering. Start by going to catering.teriyakimadness.com and find the location nearest you. If they are not listed on the catering site, then please give them a call and inquire about catering options.

How do I download the Teriyaki Madness app?

The Teriyaki Madness app is available for iOS and Android devices. Download it from the App Store or Google Play to start earning Rewards and ordering your favorites.

How Do I Pay with the Teriyaki Madness App?

You pay with your credit card on the App or online before checking out. This way, you can just walk in and go right up to the counter to pick up your food.

What points earn what rewards?

• Get a Free Fountain Drink for 140 points.
• Get a Free Eggroll or Edamame for 200 points.
• Get a Free 4 pc. Rangoon’s or 6 pc. Potstickers for 280 points.
• Get a Free Jr. or Regular Bowl for 600 points.
• Get a Free Large Bowl for 800 points.

Do points expire?

Points expire if you go for a full 365 days without visiting. Sounds like a problem we doubt you’ll have.

How do I scan a receipt barcode to earn points?

Head to the Rewards tab in the app, tap “Scan to Earn,” and scan the barcode on your receipt to get your points.

How do I apply for employment at Teriyaki Madness?

You can apply online through our careers page or by contacting your local Teriyaki Madness location directly.

How do I know if your location is hiring?

You can check available positions on our careers page or contact your local location to see if they’re hiring.

What is the status of my job application?

Applied online? Nice. If the team wants to move forward, they’ll reach out to you directly to set up an interview. For updates, you can always contact the location you applied to directly.

What type of employment do you offer?

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities across front-of-house, back-of-house, shift lead, and management roles (depending on the location)

Are there opportunities for advancements?

Yes—opportunities for advancement depend on the location, but team members can grow into shift lead and management roles over time.

Do team members receive tips?

You’ll earn tips on top of your base pay—because great service deserves it.
